Calendly and Acuity alternative
Booking and scheduling built around how you take appointments.
Many service businesses rent booking from a tool like Calendly, Acuity Scheduling or Square Appointments, and pay by the seat, the calendar limit or the location. CIRA+PLUS replaces that tool with a booking system built around how you take appointments, connected to the systems you keep, in accounts registered to your business.

What you’re paying for today
Teams keep a side spreadsheet for rules the tool can’t express, such as who covers which service, and retype intake answers into the CRM after each booking.
| Tool | How it charges | What grows the bill |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly | Per seat, per month. Every host needs a seat. | Each new hire who takes appointments |
| Acuity Scheduling | Plan tiers with a limit on calendars. | Going past the calendar limit of your tier |
| Square Appointments | Per location, per month, plus card processing fees. | Each new location |

What we build instead
The usual scope of a replacement, fixed in your Statement of Work:
- A booking page with your services, durations and rules
- Staff calendars that sync with Google Calendar or Microsoft 365
- Reminders by email, plus WhatsApp where your customers use it
- Roles for the front desk, the staff and the owner
- Deposits through a payment account registered to your business
- An assistant connected to your booking data, for questions like which services fill up first
What stays
Your accounting system and your electronic invoicing stay where they are. The booking system connects to them through their APIs, so a paid appointment reaches your books without anyone retyping it.
What it costs
Replacing one tool starts at $1,500, fixed before work starts. Hosting and AI usage are billed to you directly.
How the switch works
Your old booking tool stays active for 30 days after handover while your team works in the new one. Anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. You cancel the old subscription when you’re sure.
Questions about replacing a booking tool
Can customers keep booking during the switch?
Yes. The old tool stays active as your fallback for 30 days after handover, and you choose when your public booking link moves to the new system.
Can it take deposits?
Yes, through a payment provider account registered to your business. The deposit rule for each service is agreed in the Statement of Work.
Will it sync with the calendars we use?
Yes. Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 both offer APIs, so bookings can appear on the calendars your staff already check.
What happens to our booking history?
When a project includes data migration, the Statement of Work lists it, so you see what moves before you sign.
Which tool would you cancel first?
If it’s your booking tool, say so when you book. The call starts there.
