Questions about custom software, answered.
CIRA+PLUS replaces one tool at a time with custom software in accounts registered to your business. The price is fixed before work starts, the old tool stays active for 30 days after handover, and systems like accounting and payroll are never replaced. The details are below.

Before you book
Do we have to replace everything?
No. Most engagements start with one tool: the one your team complains about most or the one that costs the most for what it does. The next project starts only if the first one earns it.
What if the new software doesn’t work for us?
You don’t switch blind. For 30 days after handover, your old tool stays active as a fallback while your team works in the new one, and anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. You cancel the old subscription when you’re sure. The final 50% is due at handover, before those 30 days start.
What will you never replace?
Accounting, payroll, tax and electronic invoicing, ERP, and anything with compliance obligations. We connect to those systems; we don’t rebuild them.
Is discovery really free?
Yes. The form, the 30-minute call and the proposal cost nothing. If you want more than that call, such as optimization work, consulting on your processes or mapping several departments, that deeper discovery is quoted separately, you agree to it before it starts, and its price is credited toward the build if you sign within 30 days.
How do you price a project?
By the result. The price and the acceptance criteria are fixed in a one-page Statement of Work before work starts. You pay 50% to begin and 50% at handover. Projects start at $1,500.
Who owns the software?
You own the code we deliver for your project, with its documentation. Hosting and database accounts are registered to your business from the start, and the code repository and full admin access transfer to you at handover. Where your software includes our standard foundation (sign-in, user roles, audit log), you receive a permanent license to it, with the right to change it and have any developer maintain it.
What happens if we stop working together?
The software keeps running. It runs on a standard stack (a Next.js front end and a Postgres database) in your accounts, with documentation, so any competent developer can take it over. We’d rather you ask this before signing.
Where does the software run?
In hosting accounts you own: usually Vercel for the application and Supabase for the database, plus a Hetzner server when the work needs one. You pay the providers directly. Hosting on AWS, Azure or your own servers is quoted as extra.
Do you use AI?
Yes, in two places. We use it to build, and we build it into your software where an assistant connected to your data can answer the reports and lookups that used to need a separate tool. You use your own AI provider account and keys, so usage is billed to you at the provider’s rates.
What happens after the 30 days?
Maintenance is optional, from $200/month: updates when APIs or AI models change, fixes, infrastructure upkeep and monitoring. New features are a new project with their own Statement of Work.
Is this right for a small business?
It fits when your team works around its software every week, when per-seat costs will grow as you hire, or when a vendor has raised prices or removed something you relied on. If what you pay today is the only reason and the numbers don’t support a build, the proposal says so.
Do you work with the software we already have?
Yes. We connect to the platforms you keep through their APIs, so the new software reads and writes the same data your team already uses.
Can you set up our business email?
Yes. Setup, migration, administration and deliverability on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoho Mail, plus Meta and WhatsApp Business verification. Each job is quoted on its own.
Where are you based?
Panama City, Panama, on UTC-5 all year. We work U.S. business hours.
Which tool would you cancel first?
Book 30 minutes. You leave the call knowing which tools are worth keeping and what replacing the first one would take.
