Zapier and Make alternative

Integrations that stop breaking when one step changes.

Many businesses connect their tools with a chain built in Zapier or Make, and pay by monthly usage. When one step changes, the chain breaks and data stops moving. CIRA+PLUS replaces the chain with a documented integration between the systems you keep, in accounts registered to your business.

What you’re paying for today

Nobody owns the chain, so a failed step can go unnoticed until a customer calls or the month-end numbers don’t match.

What we build instead

The usual scope of a replacement, fixed in your Statement of Work:

  • A direct connection between the systems you keep, through their APIs
  • Rules for what happens when a step fails
  • Alerts that reach a named person
  • A log of what moved and when
  • Documentation any developer can follow

What stays

The systems at each end of the chain stay where they are. We connect your accounting, CRM and other platforms; we don’t rebuild them.

What it costs

Replacing one tool starts at $1,500, fixed before work starts. Hosting and AI usage are billed to you directly.

How the switch works

Your old automation chain stays active for 30 days after handover while your team works in the new one. Anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. You cancel the old subscription when you’re sure.

Questions about replacing an automation chain

Do we need to replace every automation at once?

No. Start with the chain that breaks most or matters most. The next one starts only if the first one earns it.

Who fixes it when an API changes?

During the 30 days after handover, anything that doesn’t match the signed scope is fixed at no charge. After that, Maintenance is optional and covers updates when APIs change.

Can we keep the old chain running as a fallback?

Yes. It stays active for 30 days after handover while the integration runs, and you turn it off when you’re sure.

Which tool would you cancel first?

If it’s your automation chain, say so when you book. The call starts there.
